There is no information on the website regarding these hubcaps, other than that they're for a Toyota Rav 4. What the website DOESN'T state is that they can only be used on ALLOY wheels. They cannot be used on steel wheels. I bought these as a birthday gift for my daughter, and they did not fit - because she has steel wheels. I even called the customer service department before I purchased these to make sure they would fit the particular year that her car was. I was assured they would fit a 2017 Rav 4. I was never asked what kind of wheels on the car. Based on what I was told I went ahead and bought these hubcaps, only to have to return them. Sadly, I was not reimbursed the $20 shipping fee that I paid. I called and requested reimbursement, but I was told that shipping fees are not refundable - even though the only reason for the return was because of misrepresentation on the website and from customer service. BUYER BEWARE! These hubcaps are NOT for ALL Rav 4's, as the website (and customer service) may lead you to believe. I'm out the $20 shipping fee and will never purchase anything from this company again.
